Indications of Reservix 

Reservix is an analgesic medication. It reduces pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Reservix should be taken in the dose and for the length of time prescribed by your doctor.

Pharmacology

Reservix may be a non-steroidal medication with anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. It could be a potent inhibitor of the protein cyclooxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. Following verbal organization, it is quickly and completely ingested as an unaltered drug.

Dosage and Administration of Reservix 

Reservix tablet:
 

  • Adults: The maximum recommended dose is 200 mg per day, divided into two 100 mg doses, one in the morning and one in the evening.
  • Children: There is no NRCA data on the use of aceclofenac in children.
  • Elderly: Aceclofenac pharmacokinetics are not altered in elderly patients. As a result, modifying the dose and frequency is not deemed necessary.
  • Renal insufficiency: There is no evidence that the dosage of aceclofenac needs to be modified in patients with mild renal impairment.
  • Hepatic insufficiency: The dose of aceclofenac should be reduced in patients with hepatic impairment. An initial daily dose o, 100 mg should be administered.
     

Reservix SR tablet:
 

  • The recommended dose s 200 mg once daily

Interaction of Reservix

  • Lithium and Digoxin: Lithium and digoxin may increase plasma concentrations.
  • Diuretics: may connect diuretic movement.
  • Anticoagulants: may improve anticoagulant action.

Contraindications

Aceclofenac is contraindicated in patients previously sensitive to aceclofenac, aspirin, or other NSAIDs. it should not be administered to patients with active or suspected peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding and moderate to severe renal impairment.

Pregnancy & Lactation

Lactation: There is no information on the secretion of aceclofenac in breast milk. The use of aceclofenac should therefore be avoided during lactation unless the potential benefits to the mother outweigh the possible risks to the children.

Precautions & Warnings

Aceclofenac should be administered with caution to patients with symptoms indicative of gastrointestinal disorders, with a history of peptic ulceration, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn's disease. hepatic porphyria, and coagulation disorders. Patients suffering from severe hepatic containment must be monitored.
