Return Policy

In English

We suggest to our respected customers check the product in front of the delivery man. If any customer doesn't get the ordered product or gets a broken/damaged product, then he/she can return it to the delivery man.

If a customer can not check the product in front of the delivery man and after receiving the product if the customer sees any damage to the product we can return the product with a few conditions. 

The conditions for returning the product after receiving it: 

  • The customer has to record the unpacking video 
  • The unpacking video must be sent to us through our Facebook page/WhatsApp number
  • The customer has to inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.

After informing us we will collect the damaged product & exchange the product within 2-10 days. If the product is not available or the customer wants a refund of the ordered amount then the amount will be given deducting the delivery charge.

Note: The return, exchange, or the refund takes 3-10 working days. For a few cases, it can take up to 30 working days.
