Our Delivery Time:  We deliver the products inside Dhaka city within 1-3 working days after the order.  And we take 2-5 working days to deliver outside Dhaka city. But it may be longer for stock, courier & unexpected issues. 

Order Cancellation: The customer can cancel the order before it is shipped. Usually, we take up to 1-24 hours to ship the products so, before cancellation customer must inform us. 

Pre-payment orders:  Sometimes, we take 10-20% of the price of any product advance to confirm the order for such special products. 

Warranty Policy

1. The warranty will be applicable only for a fixed period for each product. 

2. The warranty will be disqualified if the product is physically damaged. 

3. You have to keep the bill paper and sticker attached to products to acclaim the warranty.
