Our Delivery Time:  We deliver the products inside Dhaka city within 1-3 working days after the order.  And we take 2-5 working days to deliver outside Dhaka city. But it may be longer for stock, courier & unexpected issues. 

Order Cancellation: The customer can cancel the order before it is shipped. Usually, we take up to 1-5 hours to ship the products. So, before cancellation customer must inform us. 

Pre-payment orders:  Sometimes, we take 10-20% of the price of any product advance to confirm the order for such special products.
